AI Policy

1. Where things stand

Emilee, our AI assistant, is coming soon. She is not available yet. This page describes how she will work so you know what to expect. We will update it, and the date above, before she is available.

2. Optional, and off until you turn it on

Emilee is optional. She stays off until you turn her on, and the rest of Emverti works the same without her. You can turn her off again at any time.

3. She is an AI, not a professional

Emilee is an AI. She can make mistakes, and what she says can be incomplete or wrong. She is not a doctor, dietitian, or other healthcare professional and does not give medical advice. Please read our Health and Fitness Disclaimer, and talk with your healthcare provider about health decisions. In an emergency, call 911.

4. Your conversations

When Emilee is available, your conversations with her are saved to your account so you can come back to them. You can ask us to delete them, or delete your Emverti data, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never use health information for advertising and we do not sell personal information.

5. Reminders

If Emilee offers reminders, they arrive as notifications that you control. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in your phone’s settings.

6. You decide

Anything Emilee suggests is a suggestion. You choose whether to follow it, and the app records what you accepted or declined, as it does for other suggestions.

7. Tell us about a problem

If Emilee says something that seems wrong, unsafe, or unfair, email support@emverti.com so we can look into it.
