1. About these terms

Emverti Total Body Transformation is a program and app from Embliss Wellness LLC ("Embliss Wellness," "we," or "us"). These terms cover Emverti as a whole: our website at emverti.com and the Emverti app, together the "services." By using the services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Who may use Emverti

Emverti is for adults 18 and older, or ages 16 and older with a parent or guardian's permission.

3. Your account

You need an account to use the app. Please give accurate information, keep your sign-in details private, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity on your account. Each purchase is for one account and for personal use.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

• The program. Emverti Total Body Transformation is a one-time purchase. The price is shown before you buy. Payments are processed by our payment provider on the web, or by the mobile app store you buy through, and their terms also apply. We do not receive your full card number.
• Emverti+. When available, Emverti+ is an optional subscription. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel through the store or account you used to subscribe, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
• Codes. Referral codes are subject to our Referral Terms, and gift codes to any terms stated when they are offered.

5. License to use the program

When you purchase, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the program and its content for your own personal use. You may not copy, share, resell, publish, or distribute program content, or use automated tools to collect it.

6. Your information and content

You own the information you enter, such as your logs, measurements, and notes. You allow us to store and process it to run the services for you. Progress photos are stored on your phone. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

7. Suggestions and your control

Emverti makes suggestions, and you decide what to do with them. We record which suggestions are shown, accepted, or declined so the services work as described.

8. Health

Emverti provides general fitness and nutrition information and is not medical advice. You are responsible for your own decisions. Please read our Health and Fitness Disclaimer.

9. Acceptable use

Use Emverti lawfully. Do not interfere with the services or their security, try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or post harmful or unlawful content. Additional rules apply to any community feature, and we may remove content or accounts that break them.

10. Features that are coming soon

Features described as "coming soon" are in development, are not available yet, and may change. Nothing on the site is a promise of a release date or of any particular feature.

11. AI assistant

When our AI assistant, Emilee, is available, it will be optional and off until you turn it on. It is an AI, it can make mistakes, and it is not a medical professional.

12. Our content and brand

The program, text, logos, graphics, and other content in the services belong to Embliss Wellness LLC or its licensors. The Emverti and Embliss Wellness names and logos may not be used without our written permission.

13. Ending your use

You may stop using Emverti at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or misuse the services.

14. Links to other sites

The services may link to other websites or apps. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

15. No warranties

The services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Embliss Wellness LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

17. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
