Referral Terms

1. How referrals work

If you share your referral code and someone buys Emverti using it, you earn a commission. Referrals are open to people anywhere in the world.

2. Your commission

You earn 10% of the purchase price, not including taxes, on each purchase made with your code. For a subscription such as Emverti+, you earn commission on the first payment only, not on monthly or yearly renewals.

3. Payouts

• Payouts are made monthly, on the 4th.
• Each payout covers commissions on purchases that are at least 30 days old.
• The minimum payout is $100. If your balance is lower, it carries over to the next month.
• Payouts are made through our payment provider. To be paid, you need to set up a payout account with them and provide the identity and tax information they require.

4. Reversals

If a payment is refunded or reversed, the commission earned on that payment is reversed too.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes you owe on your commissions.

6. Rules for sharing your code

• Clearly tell people that you earn a commission when they use your code.
• Do not make false or misleading claims about Emverti, including claims about results or health.
• Do not use your own code on your own purchase.

We may withhold or cancel commissions and remove you from the program if these rules are broken.

7. Changes

We may change these terms for future commissions. The date above shows when they were last changed.
