Delete your account and data

In the app

1. Open the Emverti app and sign in.
2. Go to More, then Account.
3. Choose Delete my Emverti data, read the notice, and choose Schedule deletion.

Your Emverti login and data are deleted 3 days after you ask. You have until then to download or forward your information, and you can keep using Emverti. You can cancel before the 3 days are up from the same screen. When the time is up, your Emverti login, account information, plan, logs, measurements, and settings are removed. If notifications are on, we remind you the day before. Photos stored on your phone stay there until you delete them.

On the web

Sign in at emverti.com and open Settings, then Privacy and data, where you can export your data and delete it.

By email

If you cannot sign in, email legal@emverti.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your account and data. We will confirm by email and follow the same 3 days.

What we keep

We keep only what we must keep for tax, accounting, and legal reasons, such as a record of your purchase. Subscriptions and store purchases are managed with the store you used, so cancel those there. Our Refund Policy explains what happens to access.
